Whole House Renovation - Vienna, VA

Sarah in Vienna had a rambler with a basement. She moved out for the 4 month project.

Both existing floors of the house were gutted including plumbing and electrical wiring.

The carport became a single car garage and a front vestibule was built. 1/2 of the house roof was removed and a second floor created 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Rear 16'x20' family room addition off the newly relocated kitchen and eat in area. Light floods these connected open spaces.

A laundry room with built in cabinetry was installed and the rear yard was enhanced with the addition of the composite decks and outside storage.
